How to design sets for a birthday party

Instructions for fish (name tag)

List of materials

Drawing board, white or natural, Pencil, Graphite transfer paper, Eraser, Ruler (metal if possible), Craft knife or scalpel, Scissors, Adhesive tape, Glue, Pitt Artist Pen Brush 112, Pitt Artist Pen Brush 120, Pitt Artist Pen Brush 107, Pitt Artist Pen Brush 113, Pitt Artist Pen Brush 134, Pitt Artist Pen Brush 13

Step 1

Print out template at 100% of actual size. Place template on drawing board and, if necessary, secure to one edge with adhesive tape.

Lay graphite paper, dark side down, underneath the template sheet. Trace the fish outline on the template sheet. After the first few lines, lift graphite paper to check that the lines have been transferred.

Step 2

Carefully remove template sheet. Draw the name and pattern in the fish outline with a pencil. Using the specified Pitt Artist Pen, create the fish and fins.

Step 3

Cut out fish shape.

Step 4

Stick fins on each side of fish body.

Step 5

If required, attach fish to clip.

Step 6

Finished!

Instructions for "small fish"

Step 1

Print out template at 100% of actual size. Place template on drawing board and, if necessary, secure to one edge with adhesive tape.

Step 2

Trace the outlines using Pitt Artist Pen "S" black and then erase pencil lines.

Step 3

Using the specified Pitt artist pen, colour in the fish.

Step 4

Cut out fish shape.

Step 5

Make several fish for a fishing game. Attach a magnetic ring to each fish.

Step 6

For the fishing rod, stick a magnet to a cord then attach the cord to a wooden stick.

Instructions for "steamship" menu card

Step 1

Draw the base, cut out, score and fold, then stick to the back of the steamship.
